Two housing eras under one zip code.
Durham's older core neighborhoods — Trinity Park, Old North Durham, Cleveland-Holloway, Watts-Hillandale — are heavy on 1910–1940 craftsman and bungalow stock with original plaster, knob-and-tube wiring, and the asbestos paper insulation common to the era. Then a ring of 1960s and 1970s ranch homes wraps the city in Forest Hills, Hope Valley, and Croasdaile, full of popcorn ceilings and vinyl tile. Different eras, different remediation playbooks. We run both.
